Access is limited to authorised schools and users. Users must protect credentials and recovery codes, respect assigned roles, avoid attempts to bypass licensing or security controls, and use academic information only for legitimate school purposes.
Licensing and availability
Tenant access is governed by the active Edusentia licence period, authorised capacity and plan entitlements. The platform may restrict write operations after expiry or revocation while preserving protected records according to the system’s continuity rules.
These product terms are an operational summary and may later be replaced or supplemented by formal commercial/legal terms issued by the software owner.
